There will be no surprises with Elliot Mather, as our quotation includes:

Legal fees, including:

  • Checking identification
  • Completing and submitting all forms
  • Submission of searches
  • Acting for your lender
  • Where your title to the property is unregistered

Disbursements, including:

  • Bank charges
  • Home information pack
  • Land registry fees
  • Stamp Duty Land Tax (see current rates)

All compulsory searches (see our fact sheet )

Chancel insurance (see our factsheet)

All costs include VAT, where applicable.

We believe that it is important to provide you with a full and accurate quotation from the outset.

If you receive a quote that is cheaper than ours, then please take care to ensure that everything we list above is also included.
